License Details

The License Details page highlights key subscription information, for example, the plan name and expiration date.

To view this detailed information, you can click through the License button. From the main Auction Dashboard, click through Organization, then License and then click on License Details.

License Details Dashboard

On the License Details page you can renew your subscription, or if you have an order number, click on Apply License to update the license manually with the order number.

You can also upgrade to a higher tier subscription by just paying the difference in the price during the same subscription year.

Upgrading during your current subscription year does not change the expiry date of your current subscription.

If your subscription expires, your organization will revert to the Explorer subscription feature set although all of your auction data will remain accessible going forward. For more information on each subscription plan's features, please see our Auctria Pricingopen in new window page.

Subscription Receipts

The "Auctria Receipt" does not have the purchase amount, its most relevant information is the order reference if you need to manually apply the license.

A "payment receipt" will be emailed separately to the same email address by Stripe.comopen in new window (Auctria's payment service provider) -- please check your "Junk" folders, if needed.

As the subscription purchaser, you will find your subscription purchase reference email in your Auctria email history. You will need to be logged in with the email address that was used to purchase the subscription. This receipt can then be printed, as needed.

Open your "My Profile" page by clicking on the link under the vertical three dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the auction dashboard pages, or by clicking your email address in the top-left corner of the auction website (if you are logged in).

Click on the "View Email History" link under the Email section in the sidebar.

Scroll down in the list of emails to locate the " Receipt".

Click on the "eye" icon to the far right to open the email itself. A redacted sample is below.
