Live Bidding Type

Live Bidding type items represent items sold during a live auction event led by an auctioneer, emcee, or another member of the organization's team.

  • Bid Sheets are not generated.
  • Items will be shown in the "live" section of the Printed Event Catalog.
  • Live Bidding type items can be assigned a "live number," which will be used to base the order on which the "live" items will be auctioned off during the event. This is in addition to the item#. See Live Auction Ordering for more details.
  • Online Auctions are supported for "live" items. However, it is a good idea to check with your "auctioneer" if they want to be given a potentially high starting bid for the item.
