Dashboard And Event
The Event Dashboard provides an overview of your event, including quick references and links to items, participants, income, website, and more. This is an example of the view you will see after logging in under a User account.
# of Items
The # of Items tile shows how many total items are in the event. It provides a quick link to open the Items list and the Add New Item page.
# of participants
The # of participants tile shows how many total participants are in the event. It provides a quick link to open the Participants list and the Add New Participant page.
Net income
The Net income tile shows the total income for the event so far. It provides a quick link to the "All Income Details" report. Follow the "Total Income" link in the Income Summary section below to see a list of transactions contributing to the value.
Online bidding
The Online bidding tile shows the online bidding status, the time and date range online bidding will be open. It provides quick links to open the Online Bidding settings.
Texting
The Texting tile shows the telephone number used for SMS messages, the number of messages sent and received, and provides a quick link to the Text Messages options page.
Event website
The Event website tile shows the website addresses of the online event. It provides a quick link to visit the online event website (to use the Website Editor tools).
License plan
The License plan tile shows the type of the Auctria license you are using. It provides a quick link to your Organization's License page for more details on the Auctria license you are using.
Credit card processing
The Credit Card processing tile shows the credit card processing status. It provides a quick link to the Credit Cards settings page. See Credit Card Settings for additional information on these options.
Auctria Support
The Auctria Support tile provides links to our Auctria Launch and Auctria Assist services.
If you have Auctria Launch active, you will see the "Launch" block here.
Item Summary
The Item Summary shows a breakdown list of Item Types. It provides a quick link to each item type's transaction details. See the Item Summary page for more information and example views.
Income Summary
The Income Summary shows a breakdown list of income sources. It provides a quick link to each source's transaction details. See the Income Summary page for more information and example views.
