Introduction To Check-In
Auctria offers a wide range of ways and places to check in your event participants, including allowing them to check in themselves.
Organizer Check-In
The most common approach has always been having an organizer or volunteer check-in guests using a computer at the event. This is a strong option for ensuring guests are checked in for your event.
From the main event dashboard, under Details Participants Check-In. This will open the Check-in page view. For more information, see Check-In By Organizer.
Admin App Check-In
The mobile device app from Auctria for admins and organizers is another method for checking in guests to your event. The Admin App will handle the same operations you can use similarly to using a computer. You can get this app from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store as appropriate.
The Auctria Admin app provides an overview of your fundraising events and allows you to check in and check out your participants right from your mobile device.
Participant Self Check-In
Auctria also allows guests to check themselves in via a special system page on the event website. This page is accessible from a link sent via text of email.
