The Bidding/Sales functions in Auctria give you the options for Recording Transactions.
Items have different functionality depending on their Item Types.
To access the Bidding/Sales functions, click Bidding/Sales in the main Auction Dashboard menu.
The Record bid, purchase, or donation page appears.
Three tabs across the top of the page let you focus on recording a Bid, Purchase, or Donation. Use the Purchase tab when registering the purchase of For Sale Items and the Donation tab for Donations. Everything else falls under the Bid tab.
WARNING
Purchasing or selling Tickets should not be done on these tabs as the functionality will not create the participants, or tickets, associated with a Ticket item. Please use the Sell Tickets feature set for selling or purchasing tickets via the auction dashboards.
