Repair/Reissue Tickets

This page allows you to re-synchronize tickets with either Ticket Actions or Participant Actions.

img

This page will let you resync tickets with the sales of ticket items.

You would use this after changing the 'Tickets Per' field on an item you have already recorded sales for or if you (accidentally) deleted tickets.

Ticket Actions

Reissue Tickets

Reissuing tickets will create new tickets to match the number of ticket items sold.

Remove Tickets

Removing ticket sales will delete any tickets no longer associated with a ticket sale.

Reduce Tickets

Reducing ticket sales will adjust the quantity on purchase records to match the current number of tickets associated with the sale.

IMPORTANT

The amount of any purchase record will be adjusted based on the number of removed tickets. However, no payments will be affected. This may leave the participants with a credit balance.

Participant Actions

Generate Missing Guests

Suppose you have participants with multiple tickets assigned. In that case, this option will create new 'Guest of ...' records and assign the extra tickets to them.

After running the Generate Missing Guests process, every participant will have at most one ticket assigned.
