Event Setup
Creating an Auctria event and setting up your event website are important for running your fundraiser. This collection will help you through some of those steps.
If you are new to Auctria, you can follow the First Steps page for information about creating your Auctria account. This will, in turn, help you create your "organization" and add your first event.
Following along, you will find ways to add different types of events and more events under the organization you created.
You can set up events dealing with Biddable items or create an event that helps you manage your in-person gala. You can even delve deeper to understand how to include taking care of your admission tickets, tables, and seating arrangements.
Did we mention Raffles? You can add those kinds of items to any event you create. You can also mix the genres of events we support within the same event. There is no need to have two separate events on the same night because your organization wants to have an online bidding event as well as an in-person live bidding event led by an auctioneer.
