Text Element
Basic Content - Text Element
Dragging and dropping a Text element into a column space will start with Lorem Ipsum placeholder text. This should be modified to fit your needs accordingly.
When the Text element is highlighted it will also be seen in the "Selected Elements" section of the Website Editor Sidebar. Clicking on "Text" in the "Selected Elements" section will open up its settings.
The Text element is also used in the Email Manager and can be managed in a similar fashion.
Edit Text
To modify the text within a Text element you can click on the "cog" icon to display its action icons then click on the "pencil" icon to open the "Edit Content Window".
Clicking the Edit Element button will open the "Edit Content Window".
INFORMATION
Using the Shift-Enter key combination will take you to a new line while using the Enter key alone will start a new paragraph leaving a space between the line above and the new line.
NOTE
Copying and pasting text from Microsoft Word will now be accepted as plain text in the Edit Content window.
