Creating Raffles

Learn how to create a new Raffle, add Raffle tickets, and add Raffle prizes in Auctria.

➕ Add First Raffle

Setting up your first Raffle in Auctria is easy! Simply click Raffles on the left sidebar under Details to open the Raffles Dashboard.

This guide will show you how to create your first Raffle in your event.

Open your **Event Dashboard**. Click **Raffles** on the left sidebar beneath *Details*. Click **Add First Raffle**. Enter the raffle name in the **Name** field. If you have a maximum number of raffle tickets available, enter that amount in the **Max Tickets** field. To add a Raffle prize, click **Add Prize Item**. Enter prize details in the **Title**, **Description**, and **Value** fields as needed. Enter the price of a single Raffle ticket in the **Price** field. A first Raffle ticket is automatically generated when you create a new Raffle. Click **Add Raffle** to add your new Raffle to the event.

🎟️ Adding Multiple Raffles

You can run multiple Raffles at once! To add another Raffle to your event, click Add New Raffle on the Raffles dashboard.

📇 Raffle Details

You can see all the Raffles for your event on the Raffles dashboard.

Click on the name of the Raffle, or the pencil icon to the right, to open a detailed view of the Raffle.

Here, you can see a summary of the raffle, as well as the associated tickets, prizes, and transaction history.

You can add new tickets and prizes from the Raffle Details page.

🎫 Add Raffle Tickets

Raffle Tickets can be added to your Raffle at any time after you have created it through the Raffle Details page.

From your **Raffles** dashboard, click on the Raffle you're adding a ticket to. Click **Add Raffle Ticket Item**. Enter the ticket details on the **Raffle Ticket** page. Click **Add Raffle Ticket Item** to complete the process.

💡 Tip! Create ticket bundles by adjusting the quantity of tickets in the Tickets Per Sale field.

🏆 Add Raffle Prizes

Raffle Prizes can also be added to your Raffle at any time after you have created it through the Raffle Details page.

View as  
From your **Raffles dashboard**, open the Raffle you want to add a prize to. Click **Add Raffle Prize Item**. Enter the details for the Raffle prize. Then, click the **Add Raffle Prize Item** button to complete the process.
