In most cases, your domain registrar and/or your domain web hosting service support teams will be able to assist you further as needed—redirecting a website well exceeds the scope of support Auctria can reasonably provide at this time.
Also, when searching and/or speaking to your domain service's technical support, using the most appropriate terms for their specific service may be necessary to get the clearest answer. For example, the term "forwarding" may be used in place of "redirecting."
