Can We Use PayPal?
We can only integrate payment processing with Stripe or Using Authorize.Net; see Reference: Credit Cards for more details on this. Although if you are taking payments at checkout, you can use a PayPal "app" alongside Auctria, it would not be integrated.
Recording Payments
With Auctria, you have complete control over the payment process. You'll need to process the payment in the PayPal app and then record it in Auctria, just as you would if the participant paid by cash or check. For more information, see Checkout Payment Options.
It's important to understand that this setup does not enable participants to pay online themselves. In the case of Reference: Tickets, the available options are: using a Stripe/Authorize.Net account; or, enabling the 'allow pay later' button, which allows bidders to purchase tickets without immediate payment and settle the amount later.
This would allow bidders to purchase tickets without making a payment and then settle up later.
