Stripe Bank Account Questions

The process of setting up a bank account is handled on the Stripe side. This means that you need to sign into your Stripe.com account and follow the instructions in the account Settings to set up your bank account. Auctria does not have access to those details. You can see your bank account details by signing into your Stripe.comopen in new window dashboard and going to the account Settings.

  • Did it change from last year?
    We cannot see if this is the case, although it would have only been initiated through the Stripe.comopen in new window website under the account settings.

  • Do I have a bank account set up?
    If you have enabled transfers (refer to the Verify your connection to stripe in Auctria section of the Stripe.com connection page), it's likely that you have a bank account set up. Usually, there must be bank details on the Stripe side for transfers to be enabled.
