Maintenance: Duplicate Emails
Participants shown under the Participant Maintenance -- Duplicate Emails section on this page share an email address with another participant that does not share the same Paddle#.
There are three ways to resolve this type of conflicting information.
Actions
Clear All Duplicates
Clears the email address on one participant so there is no collision.Link All Duplicates
Assigns the participants the same Paddle# putting the participants together.Merge All Duplicates
Merges two participants together by removing one participant (the second one listed), and moves all of the "removed" participant's activity into the "first" participant record.
