Maintenance: Duplicate Emails

Participants shown under the Participant Maintenance -- Duplicate Emails section on this page share an email address with another participant that does not share the same Paddle#.

There are three ways to resolve this type of conflicting information.

Actions

  • Clear All Duplicates
    Clears the email address on one participant so there is no collision. img

  • Link All Duplicates
    Assigns the participants the same Paddle# putting the participants together. img

  • Merge All Duplicates
    Merges two participants together by removing one participant (the second one listed), and moves all of the "removed" participant's activity into the "first" participant record. img
