Copy Participants
You can Copy Participants from one event to another to save re-entering all their details.
Please switch to the event with the Participants you want to copy. See Change Events for details on selecting the event you wish to copy participants from.
The Copy Participants feature is "push" based; you select the source event and push the participants to a new event. If you create a new event and go to the Copy Participants page, it will be empty since there have not been any participants in the event.
In the source event, click Participants and then Copy Participants.
The Copy Participants page lets you select the target event and the participants to copy.
- Choose the target event from the drop-down list.
- Choose the participants in the Choose Participants section.
When you have refined the list of participants to copy, decide if you will also copy the registered credit cards. If not, clear the Include registered cards checkbox.

If you are running an event where you are selling tickets, we recommend not copying your "participants" to it. In this case, using the Copy Participants feature may clutter up your participants list for little benefit since you will often end up with many participants who may not attend the event.
Click Copy Participants.
A popup window will appear asking you to confirm the number of participants that will be copied.
Click Continue to proceed.
IMPORTANT
If the Copy Participants function finds an existing Paddle# and the participant's name matches, the participant will be skipped; otherwise, we will copy the participant and assign a new Paddle#.
