What is the issue?

You have tickets without participants assigned to them.

Why is this a problem?

Generally, you want to have a unique participant record per ticket. This makes keeping track of guests easier.

To track meal choices and seating, you need a participant record per ticket since a participant can only have one meal choice and be assigned one seat.

What do I need to do?

The Tickets tab of the participant details page for the purchaser will always show all the tickets they bought, and you can assign a new participant there.

Suppose you have a lot of tickets like this. In that case, you can also use the 'Generate Missing Guests' option under Tickets Repair Tickets to quickly create new participant records for those tickets that are missing participants. See Repair/Reissue Tickets for more details.
