Texting Profile Health Check
What is the issue?
Your event is configured to use advanced texting but your texting profile is not approved.
Why is this a problem?
For US numbers an approved texting profile is required for texts sent through a phone number assigned under advanced texting to be delivered.
What do I need to do?
You can review the status of the profile under Communications Texting Text Profile
If the profile is not approved you can switch to Standard texting immediately to enable text notifications to be delivered.
