Item Quantity Health Check
What is the issue?
You have bidding items that have a quantity greater than one but do not have 'allow multiple winners' set.
Why is this a problem?
Items that support multiple winners must have the 'allow multiple winners' set, otherwise each bid will outbid the previous one.
If you have multiple of an item that you are all awarding to one bidder then there is no need to set the quantity field, you can just include these detail in the title and/or description for the item.
What do I need to do?
Enable 'allow multiple winners' from either the item details page or the item list.
