The Auctria Admin App allows for seamless guest checkout, including searching for guests, recording payments, and adding donations. Guests can checkout together or separately, and split payments between multiple methods.

Introduction
Hi, everyone, and welcome to the Auctria Academy Training Series! In this video, we will go through Checkout with the Auctria Admin App.
Using the Admin App, you can record guest payments with a tap to create a seamless end-of-night experience.
Now, let's review Checkout in the Auctria Admin App.
Basic Checkout
To start, tap Checkout on the bottom right of the screen. This will open the Checkout page, where we can begin our checkout process.
You can search for your guest by entering their name in the search bar. Tap their name, and they and any guests linked to them will be listed on the next page.
You should only have the person or people you are actively checking out on this page, as they will be charged together.
You can remove individual guests from the page by swiping left on their name and tapping Delete. No worries; this only deletes the guest from the checkout transaction, not the event.
You can see the balance your guest owes here, and you can change the current payment amount by adjusting the number in the box on the right.
Tap Proceed to payment and select a payment method from the list. The Reader option will allow you to tap a credit card and record a payment with your smartphone.
Tap the Proceed with payment button on the bottom and record the payment by tapping the guest's card against your device.
A confirmation window will let you know that the payment was recorded successfully. Then, you can tap Next Checkout to proceed to the next guest.
Linked Guests Checkout
Our next guests are linked and want to check out with the same card. We've found our guest in the search bar and selected their name. Since they are connected, we can see both guests' current balances on the Checkout page.
Linked guests can checkout together or separately, but in this case, they would like to use the same credit card to checkout.
Tap Proceed with payment and select the card they wish to use from the list of options. Press the Proceed with payment button and press OK on the confirmation window.
Then, you'll see the Successful Payment screen, and you can tap Next Checkout to proceed to the next guest.
Add Donation at Checkout
Now, let's move on to another guest. Search for their name and tap on it to open their checkout page.
Here, we can see their current balance owed. In addition to paying their balance, they generously wish to donate $250 to the event.
We can tap Add Donation, enter $250, and then tap Record Donation to add the donation to their balance.
Finally, we will record their payment with the Reader option, tap their card to record their card details, and complete the transaction.
Split Payment Method Checkout
Our next guest would like to split her payment between two payment methods: credit card and cash.
We will take the cash first. In the box on their checkout screen, enter the total amount of the cash payment. In this case, our guest wants to pay $150 cash.
Tap Proceed with payment, select the Cash option, tap the button to proceed with the payment, and press OK to confirm.
After recording the payment, we were notified that a balance was still owed.
Tap Yes to return to the same guest and continue with the rest of their Checkout.
In this case, our guest would like to pay with his registered credit card, so we will choose that option from the list and record his payment.
