The Sales dashboard view gives you quick access to selling Tickets, Sponsorships, and other For Sale Type items. You can access these relevant pages by clicking on their respective blocks.

Each option gives you a Record Sale button conveniently placed to save the transaction details.

Record Sales

Use Record Sales for Ticket and Sponsorship sales or as a point-of-sale terminal.

Clicking the Record Sales block will open the Record Sale page, where you can select the item you want to sell from the available tabs.

Select Item...

The Select Item tab is a catch-all for any other items you may sell that do not fit the criteria of the different tabs. This is accomplished using the standard Auctria drop-down selector that will auto-fill with possible items as you type.

Record Multiple items

You can use the Record Sales option to record all your selectable items, mix and match your admission tickets with your raffle and miscellaneous For Sale items, and record them in a single transaction. Click the item block to add it to your list for the transaction and adjust quantities as needed.

Afterward, you choose a Participant and click the Record Sale button. Auctria will take care of the rest, setting up all of the necessary under-the-page requirements for admission tickets or raffle tickets, as needed.

Quick Sales

Use Quick Sales to complete a list of "simple" sales quickly.

Clicking the Quick Sales block will open the general Single Sale page, where you can record any For Sale Type item sales.

WARNING

This is not recommended for selling Tickets or Sponsorships, but should ONLY be used to sell those For Sale Type items that are NOT a ticket or sponsorship.

img

Standard

The default Quick Sales option uses the Standard_ method of entering the sales transaction, using drop-down selectors for items and purchasers.

img

Quick Entry

The Quick Entry method expects you to know your guest's Item# and Paddle#. This method is mainly used in a data-entry style of recording sales.

img

An acknowledgment display element will be dynamically added to the page as you enter data into the Quick Entry fields.
