Automatic Payment Processing

There is no Automatic Payment Processing in Auctria.

All transactions require a person (organizer or participant) to initiate them.

By default, an "Item Won" notification email is sent to the winning bidders (one per item) for each biddable item they win. This notification can be turned off under Website > Online Bidding.

There are no other "automatic" processes that occur.

To process payments, you can:

1. Email Bidder Statements  to show bidders their full "activity" (optionally, include a payment link where bidders can pay their outstanding balances online); or,
2. Run a Batch Checkout  to process outstanding balances for bidders where there is a registered credit card.
