Donors Recipients Filters
Choose Donors
The group of donors you want to communicate with can be selected using the Donor Recipients Filters. These filters are preconfigured to select donors based on specific criteria.
All Donors
The All Donors filter simply selects all of the organization's donors (active and inactive).
Active donors
Using the Active donors filter will select your donors based on them being active in the current event.

Inactive donors
Using the Inactive donors filter will select your donors based on them being inactive in the current event.

All Donors based on tags
Using the Donors based on tags filter will allow you to select your donors based on the condition if the donor has Matching tags or Not matching tags.

Active Donors based on tags
Using the Active Donors based on tags filter will allow you to select your donors based on the condition if the donor has Matching tags or Not matching tags.

Sponsors
Using the Sponsors filter will select donors that made monetary contributions to the event.
Specific donors
Selecting the Specific donors filter will provide a donor selector to limit which donors you specifically will send to.
Entering the donor name will start to auto-populate the available donors that can be selected from. Clicking on the donor will add them to the Recipients list. Repeat the process as needed to add additional donors.
Search for donors
Selecting the Search for donors filter will provide a search field to be used to select donors based on the search term entered into the field.
To use the search field, enter the search term (or phrase) and press the <Tab> key to activate the search. Those donors the search algorith matches will be displayed in the Recipients list below.
