Auction Dashboard
The Auction Dashboard provides an overview of your auction, including quick references and links to items, bidders, income, website, and much more. This is an example of the view you will see after logging in under a User account.
# of Items
The # of Items button shows how many total items are in the auction and provides quick links to open the Items list as well as the Add New Item page.
# of bidders
The # of bidders button shows how many total bidders are in the auction and provides quick links to open the Bidders list as well as the Add New Bidder page.
Total income
The Total Income button shows the total income for the auction so far. Follow the "Total Income" link in the Income Summary section below to see a list of transactions making up the value.
Online bidding
The Online bidding button shows the online bidding status, the time and date range online bidding will be open, and provides quick links to open the Online Bidding settings.
Texting
The Texting button shows the telephone number used for SMS messages, the number of messages sent and received, and provides a quick link to the Text Messages options page.
Auction web site
The Auction web site button shows the website addresses of the online auction and provides quick links to visit the online auction web site (to use the Website Editor tools).
Licensed plan
The Licensed plan button shows the type of Auctria license you are using and provides a quick link to see your Organization's License page for more details on the Auctria license you are using.
Credit card processing
The Credit Card processing button shows the credit card processing status and provides a quick link to the Credit Cards settings page.
Auctria Support
The Auctria Support button provides links to our Auctria Launch and Auctria Assist services.
If you have Auctria Launch active, you will see the "Launch" block here.
Item Summary
The Item Summary shows a breakdown list of Item Types and provides quick links to each item type's transaction details. See the Item Summary page for more details and example views.
Income Summary
The Income Summary shows a breakdown list of income sources and provides quick links to each source's transaction details. See the Income Summary page for more details and example views.
