Checkout Volunteer

January 2023: the current dashboard release has new graphics and some interface changes. Many screenshots still reflect the older release and will be updated shortly.

The Auction Team Checkout Volunteers generally work towards closing out the auction event and helping bidders clear up their account balances, especially in cases where the bidder is paying by cash or check.

Batch Checkout

• Batch Checkout -- this function is useful under the following two conditions:
  1. the Bidder has an outstanding balance; and,
  2. the Bidder has a registered credit card on file.

  NOTE

  NOTE For Outstanding Balances, see Reports > Financial | Accounts > Outstanding Accounts. For registered credit cards, a credit card icon will show in the all bidder list report. Also to note, only Bidders meeting both conditions will show in the Batch Checkout list.
