Lists And Reports

January 2023: the current dashboard release has new graphics and some interface changes. Many screenshots still reflect the older release and will be updated shortly.

There are many different lists and report pages that are used to show data. For example, click on the Item List shortcut:

For example, clicking on the Item List icon will open the default All Items list report.

Each report page has a number of sections.


The header shows the title of the report and provides a number of controls. Including a link to the User Guide with the circled question mark icon.

The search button lets you filter the rows shown in the report to those matching the text you enter.

Click on the x icon at the end of the search box to clear the search criteria.

Tags

The tags button lets you restrict the rows shown to just those that match the given tag.

Enter the tag(s) to match against. If you want to show items that do not match the tag(s), uncheck the "Show records with tags" box.

Advanced Report Menu

The Advanced report menu gives you access to more advanced features and options.

Report Filters

Depending on the report, there may be one, or more, drop-down filter controls available.

You can use these drop-down selectors to view a subset of the data. You can also close this drop-down selectors section by clicking on the x in the top-right corner of the section.


Column Headers

The column headers can be resized, and reordered, to arrange the columns to suit your needs.

Clicking on a column header will sort the report by that column.

Clicking the same column again will reverse the sort order.

Report Data

Each row in the report has a checkbox on the left to allow it to be selected.

If you hover over a row, a menu control will be available on the far-right of the row.

Clicking on the vertical three-dot icon will open another menu with additional options.

Page Control

Below the data is a control you can use to set the number of rows shown per page; and, if needed, a control move through multiple pages if they exist.

Export

In the bottom-right corner of all lists and reports pages you will find an Expoert button.

Clicking the Expoert button will pop open a selection list for the file formats you can export the data you are viewing.

You will have the option to Export to PDF, Export to XLS, Export to CSV, and Export to Google Sheet.

INFORMATION

Clicking on the PDF, XLS, or CSV options will generate a download file and begin the download process onto your device. Clicking on the Google Sheet option will open a Google Docs Sheets page populated with the report data.
