Lists & Reports
There are many different lists and report pages that are used to show data. For example, click on the Item List shortcut:
Each report page has a number of sections.
The header shows the title of the report and provides a number of controls. Including a link to the User Guide with the circled question mark icon.
The search button lets you filter the rows shown in the report to those matching the text you enter.
Click on the
x icon at the end of the search box to clear the search criteria.
The tags button lets you restrict the rows shown to just those that match the given tag.
Enter the tag(s) to match against. If you want to show items that do not match the tag(s), uncheck the "Show records with tags" box.
Advanced Report Menu
The Advanced report menu gives you access to more advanced features and options.
Depending on the report, there may be one, or more, drop-down filter controls available.
You can use these drop-down selectors to view a subset of the data. You can also close this drop-down selectors section by clicking on the
x in the top-right corner of the section.
The column headers can be resized, and reordered, to arrange the columns to suit your needs.
Clicking on a column header will sort the report by that column.
Clicking the same column again will reverse the sort order.
Each row in the report has a checkbox on the left to allow it to be selected.
If you hover over a row, a menu control will be available on the far-right of the row.
Clicking on the vertical three-dot icon will open another menu with additional options.
Below the data is a control you can use to set the number of rows shown per page; and, if needed, a control move through multiple pages if they exist.
