What is the difference between Title & Description when importing?
When importing items you need to map the columns in the spreadsheet to the fields in the table you are importing to.
If you are bringing in Items then often your spreadsheet will have a 'description' column.
Auctria has two related fields: Title and Description
Auctria uses Title as the short name for the item: it is shown in the item list, reports and bidder's statement. The Description is a longer block of text that further describes the item. This is shown on some printed forms and the web site.
You must provide the Title for an item, the Description is optional. So if you only have a single description column in your spreadsheet it should be mapped to Title and not Description.
