This section reviews how meal choices during bidder registration, or ticket purchases, are handled.
The bidder's choice will be recorded on their bidder record when it is generated.
Meal Choice Options
The Meal choices themselves are set under the Auction dashboard via Website > Bidder Registration | Registration Options settings. Add the Meal choices you want to offer, separated by commas (no spaces), to create a list for the drop-down selector in the Registration form.
With the Meal choice option enabled, bidders registering will see a Meal choice drop-down selector to choose their meal from during registration.
If the "Additional Guests" option is set to request "Guests Details", a Meal choice selector will display for each ticket that is being purchased. See Additional Guests for more information.
Reviewing Meal Choices
You can see an individual bidder's meal choice on their Bidder Details page.
You can also see a report for all bidders by clicking on Reports -> Bidders -> Meal Choices; or, you can add the "Meal choice" column to any Bidder based report (see Choosing Columns for details).
