The Button element allows you to insert an interactive icon for visitors to click. The button can take them to another website, page, or inform them of relevant information.
Add a Button
To add a Button element, open the Content editor and click the Elements section.
Under Elements, click Others and select the Button element, then drag and drop it onto the website page. See Add an Element for more information.
The Button element is initially created with placeholder text which you will want to customize.
To edit the placeholder text, click Settings control for the button.
Enter the "new" text for the button Label to replace the default "Button Label" text.
Set the Button style from the drop-down selector which will set a color for the button background:
- default = white
- primary = blue
- success = green
- info = light blue
- warning = orange
- danger = red
- link = transparent
To define the action that happens when a website visitor clicks the button, set the Links to option to an Auction page on your Auction website, or a website address elsewhere.
To select a page from the Auctria website, use the drop-down selector; otherwise, enter the website address you want to use.
After editing the settings, click Save to continue making changes to the element, or click Save & close to save the element and close its Settings window.
Click Cancel to not save any of your changes and close the Settings window.
