# How To Change Tickets (new)

From time to time, you may find you need to change a ticket that was sold to one of your guests. You may need to change the number of tickets included with the bundle by switching to a different item, or maybe just switch to a different ticket. There may also be cases where you may need to reduce the number of tickets associated with the sale by deactivating them.

To Deactivate Tickets you must navigate to the purchaser's bidder record and open their Tickets tab to find their current related Tickets
