If you have the Send tickets by email to guests option checked on the tickets dashboard then Auctria will generate email e-tickets for each ticket sold. Guests will receive an e-ticket when their email address is associated with a ticket.
Clicking on the link in the e-ticket will take the guest to a special page on the auction web site where they can update their contact information, or register a credit card (if credit card processing is enabled)
If you have online bidding enabled then the guest can also access the auction web site automatically by clicking the Access Auction button, and this will work even if they are not already signed in, as long as the e-ticket they clicked through was sent to their email address.
Assigning Guest Information Later
If the purchaser did not specify email address information for their guests then we can not send them an e-ticket.
However, the purchaser's bidder receipt will still contain links for all the tickets they purchased. For example, in this case the purchaser bought two tickets but didn't provide any additional guest information so a 'Guest of ...' bidder was created.
The purchaser can then assign this ticket later to someone by clicking on the link in the receipt associated with the 'Guest of ...' line

When they save the details there will be a link to send the e-ticket to the new email address:
Sending the e-ticket to the new guest would allow them to come in and register a credit card, and give them access to the auction web site signed in under their email address.
