Default Views
If you modify a list or report, you can make the new customized view the new default view for that list or report.
Your Default View
To make a customized view your default, click the menu icon (3 dots in the upper-right corner), and then click Make view my default option.
The next time you open this list (or report), this new default view will be used.
Organization Default View
You can also make a custom view your organization's default view for a list or report. This will make the default view the same for every user in the organization when viewing the specific list or report.
To do this, click the menu icon (3 dots in the upper-right corner), and then click Make view organization default.
The next time anyone in your organization opens this list or report, the view you just made the default will appear.
