Modify Tags

The tag editor can be used to quickly make mass changes to tags on multiple records.

With the tag editor, you can:

  • ADD TAGS to selected records.
  • REMOVE TAGS from selected records.
  • CLEAR TAGS from selected records.

Open the tag editor

To open the tag editor, click the Options icon (3 dots in the upper-right corner), and then click Edit tags.

The tag editor will appear.

Select Records to be Modified

Select the checkboxes for the records you want to modify. To select all records on a page, select the checkbox in the top-left corner of the grid beside the column headings.

ADD TAGS

To ADD TAGS to selected records, type the name of each tag to be added in the "Tag editor" text field. A tag cannot have any spaces (see this page for more information on Tags).

When you have entered all the tags you want to add to the selected records, click the ADD TAGS button.

The system will prompt you to confirm the changes.

Click Continue.

The tags you entered will be added to all the selected records.

REMOVE TAGS

To remove tags from selected records, type the name of each tag in the Tags box. A tag cannot have any spaces (see this page for more information on Tags).

When you have entered all the tags you want to remove, click the REMOVE TAGS button.

The system will prompt you to confirm the changes. Click Continue.

The tags you entered will be removed from all the selected records.

CLEAR TAGS

To clear all tags from the selected records, click the CLEAR TAGS button.

The system will prompt you to confirm the changes.

Click Continue.

All tags will be removed from all the selected records.
