Default Views

If you modify a list or report, you can make the new customized version the new default for that list or report.

Your Default View

To make a customized view your default, click the menu icon (3 dots in the upper-right corner), and then click Make view my default.

The next time you open that list or report, the view you just made your default will appear.

Organization Default View

You can also make a customized view your organization's default, so that every user in the organization will see it.

Click the menu icon (3 dots in the upper-right corner), and then click Make view organization default.

The next time anyone in your organization opens that list or report, the view you just made the default will appear.
