You can upload PDF stationery files to be used like letterhead to customize the following printed forms:
- bid sheets
- auction catalog
- display pages
- gift certificates
- bidder statements
- donor receipts
First, create a PDF file with the logo and text that you want at the top and/or bottom of the page.
Stationery File Guidleines
A stationery file must be a PDF. It can not be a simple image or a Word document.
The page size of the stationery file should match exactly the page size of the form you are producing.
- If you are producing a letter sized bid sheet, then the stationery PDF must be letter sized as well.
- If you have reduced the page size, for example toproduce a booklet format catalog, then you must also use matching statement size stationery.
The top and bottom margins for a stationery file specify the distance parameters, so as to keep the form within the top and bottom edges.
- Make sure when specifying the margins, you set the correct units, either in inches or centimeters.
You can not adjust the left and right margins on most forms, so stationery files tend to work best when they just provide content at the top and/or bottom of the page.
Content that appears white on the page, such as the background of the bid sheet's grid, is typically not transparent. So if your stationery file has a background image for example, then it won't show through in these spots.
Upload the PDF
On the main navigation, click Printing. On the Forms & Documents page, click Stationery.
The Stationery window appears.
Enter a descriptive name for the stationery, and then enter the margins needed to clear any images and text on the file you are uploading.
It is useful to enter the paper size in either the name or the notes field.
Click Select File. A popup window will appear prompting you to browse for the file or drag it.
After a file has been uploaded, a hyperlink to "Download file" will appear.
Click Save File.
The Stationery File you just saved is now available for selection on forms that use stationery. You can access all Stationery Files by clicking Stationery on the Forms & Documents page.
On the Stationery Files List you can Add another file, View the Stationery page for a file to modify the name, notes, or margins, and Delete a file.
