How do I customize bid sheets with logos, other graphics or text?

January 2023: the current dashboard release has new graphics and some interface changes. Many screenshots still reflect the older release and will be updated shortly.

Forms can be customized with your logo or address, etc. using a PDF 'stationery' file that you upload to the site.

These stationery files work like a piece of letterhead and the Auctria form is generated on top of the stationery file. You should be able to lay the stationery file using Word, Google Docs or other program capable of producing a PDF.

Stationery files (pdf) are uploaded under Printing -> Stationery

If the content of the sheets is overlapping the logos you can set the top & bottom margins on the stationery file once you have uploaded it. This is the amount of space the system will leave at the top & bottom to allow for your content.
