Enable Online Pre-Bidding

January 2023: the current dashboard release has new graphics and some interface changes. Many screenshots still reflect the older release and will be updated shortly.

For Silent Items auction pre-bidding the Allow online pre-bidding option must be checked on the silent item (and should be, by default, for new silent items).

If you need to turn this on, or off, en-masse you can do so efficiently from the item list report.

1. Open the item list report.

2. Click on the report menu and choose Open View.

3. Click on the Pre-bidding for silent auction view.

You will now see a column for Allow online pre-bidding and can edit each row individually or use the Make mass changes option to modify more than one item at a time.
