Automatic Payment Processing?

January 2023: the current dashboard release has new graphics and some interface changes. Many screenshots still reflect the older release and will be updated shortly.

There is no Automatic Payment Processing.

When online bidding closes, Online Items have their bidding set to "closed".

By default, an "item won" notification email is sent to the winning bidders (one per item). This notification can be turned off under Website > Online Bidding.

There are no other "automatic" processes that occur.

To process payments, you can:

  1. email Bidder Statements to show bidders their full "activity" (optionally, include a payment link where bidders can pay their outstanding balances online); or,
  2. run a Batch Checkout to process outstanding balances for bidders where there is a registered credit card.
