# Create Donor Receipt PDFs
Donor Receipt PDFs can be created for:
# Individual Donor Receipts
To create a PDF of the receipt for one Donor, you must open the Donor record and click the Receipts tab.
You can access the Donor Record from the Donor Dashboard in 3 ways:
- Under Actions, select All Donors, then double-click on the Donor name in the Summary List. The Donor Record will open.
- Under Actions, Select Donor Receipts. On the SELECT DONORS tab, double-click on the Donor name in the Summary list. The Donor Record will open.
- Under Actions, Select Donor Receipts. On the SELECT DONORS tab, click the Options icon (3 dots), then choose Select Specific Donors and type the name of the Donor until it appears. Hover over the Donor name and Click Details. The Donor Record will open.
Options 2 and 3 are shown below:
If you click Specific Donors, choose the Donor on the next screen by typing in the name and selecting it when it appears.
Hover over the Donor name to see a summary of the receipt. Click Details to open the Donor Record.
On the Donor Record, select the RECEIPT tab.
Verify that the correct auction is selected, and that the receipt amounts are correct.
Click Show Receipt PDF (on the left, under Export & Printing).
The PDF Receipt opens in your browser window. Use your internet browser functionality to save, download, or print the PDF.

You can select which donor receipts are generated for using the choose donors control.
