View Bid or Sale

January 2023: the current dashboard release has new graphics and some interface changes. Many screenshots still reflect the older release and will be updated shortly.

After recording a bid, purchase, or donation you can see details about the item and the bidder at the bottom of the page. To see the full details for the item, or the bidder, click the Details link at the bottom of their respective pop-up window.

If a bid no longer appears in the recent bids list at the bottom of the page, you can still access it by looking up the item on the bidder details page.

View Bid Details for an Item

From the main Auction Dashboard menu, click Items and then click All Items under the Actions menu.

Enter the name of the item, or filter the item list, so that the item you are looking for appears. Select the item and click the View Record button.

View Bid Details for a Bidder

From the main Auction Dashboard menu, click Bidders and then search for the bidder by number, or name. Select the bidder whose bid you wish to review.

Select the ACTIVITY tab on the Bidder Details page to see their activity and perform any relevant actions related to their bids, etc.
