For online auctions, you have the option to email a statement to the bidder with a payment link
The first step is to customize the statement to include the information and options you want.
Common Statement Options
From the Bidder Statements page, you can customize common Statement Options to include item values; show tax deductible; show bidder #; and/or, a Statement cut-off start time. You can also set Payment Options including the online payment link
Email statement with payment link example:
This link is personalized to each bidder and will take them to their online account page. Here a bidder can view their statement details and also pay the outstanding balance by credit card.
To customize Email Statements, select Email Statements
Customize Content and Select Bidders
Click the Custom Content tab to add text to the header and footer of the email statements. This is the only screen where you can enter custom text for email statements.
You can also modify global Email Settings
These Email Settings affect all outgoing emails. They include the Organization information and Logo placement in the Email.
Save changes and return to Statements
Click the Select Bidders tab and use the Choose Bidders functionality to select the Bidders to receive email statements.
Preview the Statement
Click a Preview icon on the Select Recipients tab to see what the statement will look like.
Make any necessary changes to the statement.
When you are ready to send the statements to the selected bidders by email, click Email Statements.
A popup window will appear asking you to confirm sending the statements. Click Continue.
A message will appear notifying you that the statements are being sent.
A success message will flash at the top of the screen after the statements have been sent.
