When Are Guests Charged?

January 2023: the current dashboard release has new graphics and some interface changes. Many screenshots still reflect the older release and will be updated shortly.

When are the guests charged for their items at the event

Auctria will never automatically charge a card, so as to give you time to review the activity and make any adjustments (eg. if you are adding shipping).

Payments can be recorded for individual bidders through the Checkout page: see the section on Checkout

If bidders have registered credit cards, you can process the balances against these cards all at once using the 'batch checkout' feature -- see Batch Checkout for details on how this works.
