Check-In Bidders (beta)

January 2023: the current dashboard release has new graphics and some interface changes. Many screenshots still reflect the older release and will be updated shortly.

At In-Person events, you can use Auctria to Check In Bidders as they arrive. From the main Auction Dashboard, click through Bidders > Check-in Bidders under the Bidders Dashboard sidebar menu.

This will open the Bidder Check-in dashboard.

Scroll down and click on the Beta Check-in Page button in the sidebar to open the new Bidder Check-in dashboard. (work in progress) March 2023

Add New Bidder

Clicking on the Add New Bidder sidebar button will pop open an Add New Bidder window.

Entering the new bidder details and clicking on the Add Bidder button will open the Bidder Check-In dashboard with their details pre-populated.

Bidder Check-In

THe Bidder Check-In dashboard is opened with the Add New Bdider (at check-in) function or by clicking the Select button for the bidder being checked-in.

The bidder can now be checked-in as is, or their details can be further updated.

Change#

Clicking the Change# button will pop open the Change Bidder# window where you can manually assign a bidder number or let the system auto-assign a new bidder number.

Clicking the Link Bidder button will pop open the Link Bidder window.

Register Card

Clicking the Register Card button will pop open the Register Credit Card window.

Ticketed Bidders

If the bidder being checked-in has a ticket assigned, it will appear in the Bidder Check-in dashboard.

As needed, click on the Transfer To Another Bidder to re-assign the ticket to another bidder. This will open the Transfer Ticket window where you will have the option to transfer the ticket to an existing bidder or a new bidder.

Clicking the Options action will open the Bidder Check-in Options page.

Check-in Options

  • Additional bidder fields to show in check-in list
    This will allow you to add fields as a comma separated list of bidder fields to show on the check-in page. See Bidder Reference for a list of fields. Also to note, the intent is for "simple fields" to be used here such as Notes or Company for example.

    INFORMATION

    Added Options fields may not show up without refreshing your browser. In rare cases, it may take a few minutes for caches to clear.

Check-in Actions

  • Send email on check-in
    Default: Yes. This uses the Bidder Check-in System Email.
  • Send text on check-in
    Default: Yes (requires  ∞ Text Messages feature).
  • Check-in text content 
    Welcome to {{ Auction.Name }}.
Your personalized event link is {{ Bidder.ShortSignInUrl }} or use your access code {{ Bidder.AccessCode }}.
You are bidder# {{ Bidder.Number }}.
Reply 'stop' to prevent further texts.
